“Owning a small business runs in my family,” says Timorah Beales. A self-described atypical business owner, she’s a graduate of Purdue University and a civil engineer. Her lifelong love of photography and an MBA drew her to starting her own photography business in 2010 where her clients now hire her from coast to coast. She’s passionate about business, marketing, and strategy.Timorah has served on the board of directors of several local non-profits, has an affinity to mentor others, and believes working together is better than roughing it alone. In fact, she occasionally works for the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force where she helps local communities across the country partner with their local military bases. She’s married to Brian, and has two children in elementary school.
Born and raised in India, Vibha Butail Madan strongly believes that every person is capable of contributing to the community, in the form of time, expertise or resources. She works as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Shamin hotels and has won many awards including 40 under 40 –Hampton Roads, Women in Business, Volunteer of the year and the coveted Business person of The Year Award!She is married to her college sweetheart Derek Madan and has 2 handsome boys- Krishiv and Aarav! She serves on the Board of Directors of Coliseum Central Business District and also chairs the marketing committee. She has served on the board of Peninsula READS, an organization with the goal of providing literacy skills to adults. Her international commitment is with the Umang Foundation which works in India to support the less fortunate, especially women.

Chris “Skosh” Batterton, PMP
Chris Batterton assumed the role of Senior Vice President – General Manager for R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. on 1 May 2016. With over 10 years of industry experience and over 20 years of leadership experience in the military, he leads R&K Operations and Business Development from the corporate headquarters in Newport News, VA.
Steven is currently a Franchise Owner & Area Director in Hampton Roads for N2 Publishing and the Publisher of the Running Man Smoke Signal. In the past, he has worked for TransCore, General Binding Corp (now part of ACCO Brands), and Eastman Kodak Co.
Chris Davidson is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, emcee, and designer of sales, marketing, and training systems. He has 22 years experience in sales, management, training, speaking, program development, coaching, and organizational leadership.
B. Michelle Pippin, a mother of three and a wife, is known for her “NO EXCUSES…. JUST RESULTS” approach to branding, selling, profit and business success. Her expertise has been featured on shows like Good Morning America Weekend and The Price of Business and in the pages of Forbes, Entrepreneur, Tidewater Women, Inside Business and Money, Inc.
Courtney Riley is the owner of Proximo Marketing Strategies, an international digital marketing firm based out of Yorktown, Virginia. Courtney also works as adjunct faculty at Thomas Nelson Community College, educating students on best practices for marketing in the 21st century.
Shelley D. Smith is a best-selling author, senior consultant and analyst with Predictive Index, and Founder CEO of Premier Rapport consulting firm. Her experience over the past 35+ years has earned her a reputation as the Creator of the Culture Inquiry in businesses all along the east coast, and beyond.
